Rosette Nebula

The Rosette Nebula is a beautiful nebula full of Hydrogen, Oxygen and Sulfur gasses. It lies 5,200 light years away and is 130 light years across which is roughly 5 times the size of the full moon. A wonder to behold, young stars are formed within the intense radiation of it's core! This image is a total of 11.5 hours exposure made from 302 single shots.
