Gamma Cyngi Nebula
The Gamma Cyngi Nebula also known as the Sadr Region is a diffuse emission nebula surrounding the star Sadr at the center of Cygnus’s cross. This entire area of the sky is chock full of deep red, nebulosity that fills well beyond what a telescope can capture in one sitting. Sadr is about 12 times the mass of our own Sun. This Nebula reminds the viewer of ‘fire in the sky’. This fiery image is made from 80, 5-minute exposures.
